Course Objectives:
The course aims to be aware of age-related changes in the teeth and surrounding tissues and allowing it and to select the appropriate preventive and therapeuric procedures to improve the quality of life of elderly patients with special knowledge, attitudes, and technical skills required in the provision of oral health care, to investigate the changes in oral tissues including oral mucosa, tongue, bone, temporomandibular joint, saliva and salivary glands in elderly individuals.
